智通财经APP讯，翰宇药业(300199.SZ)发布公告，近日，公司司美格鲁肽注射液取得了III期临床数据，数据显示，该药物的减重及降糖两项国内适应症的III期临床试验均获得了达到等效标准。
公司司美格鲁肽注射液在国内进行了两项临床试验，分别是：一项在二甲双胍单药治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者中比较HY310注射液与诺和泰®治疗32周的疗效和安全性的多中心、随机、开放设计的III期临床研究。一项在肥胖患者中比较HY310注射液与诺和盈®治疗44周的疗效和安全性的多中心、随机、开放设计的III期临床研究。
