China Water Affairs Group's (HKG:0855) offer to repurchase 4.85% senior notes due 2026 was undersubscribed, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company received valid acceptances for $105.4 million worth of notes, leaving $219.6 million outstanding.
