智通财经APP获悉，专注于美国爱达荷州铜钼银项目的矿产勘探公司Idaho Copper于周一提高了其即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)的拟议交易规模。该公司现计划以每股6.50美元的价格发行280万股股票，筹资1800万美元。该公司最初曾申请以每股6.40美元的价格发行80万股，后将发行规模提高至以相同价格发行230万股。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所美国板块上市，股票代码为“COPR”。
据悉，Idaho Copper核心业务为勘探开发爱达荷州一处名为CuMo项目的铜钼银矿床。该项目占地约2640英亩，涵盖132个采矿权，其中包括126个联邦非专利矿脉采矿权和6个专利采矿权。项目已获得2020年完成的初步经济评估报告的支持，更新版报告正在编制中。
