消息面上，银诺医药年度业绩显示，2025 年实现收入1.32亿元，亏损3.41亿元。值得注意的是，银诺医药基石投资者的禁售期将于2026年5月14日届满，相关股份将于5月15日正式解禁流通。其中，基石投资者合计持股420.1万股。
国海证券发布研报称，Suba T2D适应症2025年1月获得NMPA认证，且已被纳入国家医保目录。Suba的III期减重数据预计2026年年底前公布。该行指出，在IIb期研究中，20毫克每周一次给药方案于第18周实现10.6%体重降幅，且于该时间点未观察到平台期；而20毫克每两周一次给药方案于第18周实现9.7%体重降幅。治疗肥胖及超重的III期临床研究，已于2025年完成患者入组。该试验的顶线数据预计将于2026年底前公布。
