消息面上，继氦气之后，又一类半导体材料恐陷入供应紧张局面。据报道，韩国无水氢氟酸生产商，包括Solbrain、ENF Technology、Huseong等，将自本月起开始从中国采购无水氢氟酸，价格较年初上涨约40%。电子级氢氟酸是半导体制造工艺中必不可少的材料，主要用于半导体蚀刻和清洗工艺，以去除晶圆表面残留的氧化膜或金属污染物。
第一上海此前指出，展望2026年，两大板块供需结构已显著改善。含氟高分子材料受高端领域及锂电需求拉动，呈现强劲复苏。目前，公司PTFE年内已顺利完成几轮提价，下游接受度良好；PVDF价格已从去年低位的约4万元/吨大幅回升至5万元/吨以上。有机硅方面，前期产能过剩问题正随行业集体“反内卷”和需求平稳增长逐步消化，产品价格回暖直接带动子公司东岳硅材26Q1归母净利润达到1.94亿元，同比暴增427.0%。
