智通财经APP讯，阳光能源(00757)发布公告，于2026年5月18日，公司的间接全资附属公司锦州阳光能源有限公司作为借款人，与兴业银行股份有限公司沈阳分行作为贷款人订立一份流动资金借款合同(“借款合同”)，贷款本金金额为人民币1亿元，贷款期限为一年(“贷款”)。贷款将在锦州阳光于2026年5月13日到期全额偿还2025年贷款之日起十五个工作日内可供提取。锦州阳光于借款合同下的义务将由公司及江苏悦阳光伏科技有限公司(“江苏悦阳”，为公司的间接全资附属公司)提供公司担保(“公司担保”)，以及谭文华先生(公司主要股东及前任执行董事)及其配偶赵秀芹女士与谭鑫先生(公司董事会主席、执行董事兼首席执行官)及其配偶陈曼女士各自提供个人担保(“个人担保”)予该银行作担保，担保金额最高为人民币1.2亿元，并由锦州阳光茂迪新能源有限公司(为公司的间接全资附属公司)及江苏悦阳提供若干资产作抵押。具体业务条款按与该银行签订的借款合同、担保合同等各类业务合同的约定为准。如贷款期届满后继续与该银行办理新一期贷款或其他信贷业务，上述各项担保及抵押之最早到期日为2028年6月21日。
