安捷伦科技公司宣布推出Agilent 1290 Infinity III荧光检测器。这款新型检测器专为现代超高效液相色谱工作流程设计，将荧光检测技术带入UHPLC时代，为实验室提供痕量分析所需的更高置信度。

　　随着UHPLC应用的持续增长，实验室在痕量分析中面临兼顾速度与数据质量的双重压力。传统荧光检测器并非为UHPLC方法的窄峰和快速分离而设计。1290 Infinity III FLD通过专为现代UHPLC优化的设计填补了这一空白。

　　该检测器信噪比大于2500：1，具备超痕量灵敏度，同时采用低扩散流通池以保持窄UHPLC峰完整性，确保准确积分和可靠定量。它支持最多5个激发/发射通道及在线光谱采集，单次进样即可获得更丰富的分析信息，波长切换速度小于250毫秒，适用于快速UHPLC方法中的选择性荧光分析。

　　安捷伦液相色谱部门副总裁兼总经理Iris Mangelschots表示，1290 Infinity III荧光检测器通过将超痕量灵敏度、UHPLC就绪的峰完整性和更丰富的分析洞察集成于一个工作流程中，为客户提供明确的价值。

　　该检测器既可独立使用，也可与LC/MS系统在线联用。在联用模式下，它可增加正交荧光检测以补充质谱数据，在不增加工作流程复杂性的前提下提供更多分析证据。其应用涵盖生物制药分析、食品安全检测和环境监测等领域，仪器维护采用免工具、正面操作设计，有助于减少停机时间。
