Pokfulam Development (HKG:0225) recorded an attributable profit of HK$43.6 million for the six months ended March 31, compared with an attributable loss of HK$131 million a year prior, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Basic EPS stood at HK$0.40 in the half year, compared with a basic loss per share of HK$1.19 in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
Revenue slipped slightly to HK$84.2 million from HK$85.9 million in the year-ago period.
The firm declared an interim dividend of HK$0.04 per ordinary share for the period, payable July 2 to shareholders of record as of June 18.
