孙启烈教授( 孙教授) 已轮值退任独立非执行董事， 因退休而不寻求于股东周年大会上膺选连任。因此，孙教授已退任独立非执行董事，彼亦不再担任审核委员会的成员， 及各薪酬委员会及提名委员会的主席;及卢伟国博士工程师( 卢博士)为独立非执行董事，已由各薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员调任主席，并继续担任审核委员会的成员。
