拜耳今年 2 月敲定赔付方案，计划分 20 年完成赔款兑付，大额资金集中在本年度支出，以此一次性了结存量及后续潜在致癌相关索赔。多区诉讼司法小组裁定变更审理法院后，拜耳明确将提请上诉，而原告退出和解的截止日期已近在咫尺。
美银分析师指出，加州联邦法官此前已对协议部分条款提出异议，额外司法审核或将延后落地进度、甚至动摇和解可行性。农达相关诉讼长期压制拜耳估值，一旦和解受阻，潜在赔付成本存在抬升空间，也将持续拖累公司经营预期与资本市场表现。
