法国地震勘探公司Viridien已任命亨宁·伯格为首席执行官兼董事，该任命已在公司年度股东大会上获得股东批准。

　　该任命于6月3日在巴黎举行的公司联合股东大会上获得批准，股东们同时还批准了伯格进入董事会。

　　会议结束后，董事会任命伯格为首席执行官。苏菲·祖尔基亚将继续担任董事会主席。

　　伯格于2026年3月加入Viridien担任首席运营官，随后被任命为首席执行官。他在能源领域拥有超过27年的经验，包括在斯伦贝谢担任领导职务，曾担任四个主要全球业务的总裁和副总裁。

　　他的职业生涯涵盖了在欧洲、非洲、俄罗斯和美国的运营管理和全球领导角色，负责技术组合、服务和项目运营、并购整合活动以及业务增长计划。

　　伯格拥有热能工程与流体力学硕士学位以及石油天然气行业管理硕士学位。
