智通财经APP讯，中国红包(08316)公布，该集团预期于截至2026年3月31日止年度取得净利润不多于约230万港元，而2025财年净亏损约970万港元。
董事会认为，净亏损转为净利润主要由于：(i) 互联网服务分部的毛利增加约3440万港元;(ii) 确认就取消合并远为新材控股有限公司(其为公司的间接全资附属公司)及其附属公司所产生的收益约1750万港元;以及(iii) 财务成本减少约100万港元。其部分被建筑分部取得约510万港元的毛损(2025财政年度：毛利约400万港元)及较高的市场推广及系统相关成本及减值亏损(分别约2950万港元及约250万港元)所抵销。
