智通财经APP讯，有利集团(00406)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2026年3月31日止年度将取得净亏损介乎约1.8亿港元至2.3亿港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度则取得净亏损1.01亿港元。
亏损增加主要归因于：(i)截至2026年3月31日止年度并无截至2025年3月31日止年度所确认的有关本公司于2015年搬迁中国内地深圳龙华工厂的一次性实物补偿;
(ii)若干建筑项目因以下因素而取得亏损：于疫情期间承接的若干项目因客户主导的设计变更而增加钢材用量。这些项目于财政年度下半年完工。尽管增加的钢材数量可获重新计量付款，惟有关付款乃按较低的疫情后价格波动指标计算，不足以弥补实际成本。若干试点组装合成建筑法项目因审批时间比预期的为长及复杂的地盘协调程序而导致延误，为加快工程进度以追回延误，产生大量预算外的成本。因更换表现欠佳的分判商所产生的成本及延误对利润率造成不利影响。价格波动指标持续疲弱，导致若干项目的收入下调。
