　　这家专注于城市精选服务酒店的不动产投资信托公司此前公布的一季度业绩表现强劲。财报显示，一季度可比RevPAR同比增长4.8%至148.55美元，酒店EBITDA达8990万美元，同比增长7.2%。公司总裁兼首席执行官在一季度电话会上表示，北加州、南佛罗里达等核心市场的休闲和商务旅行需求强劲，叠加近期完成的酒店翻新和改造项目，推动了业绩超出预期。

　　对于2026年全年，公司已上调业绩指引，预计可比RevPAR增长1.5%至3.5%，酒店EBITDA在3.56亿至3.8亿美元之间，调整后稀释每股营运资金在1.29至1.45美元之间。公司一季度每股收益为-0.05美元，好于市场预期的-0.08美元。
