智通财经APP讯，阳光油砂(02012)发布公告，于2026年6月11日(香港及阿尔伯塔省卡尔加里)，本公司董事会欣然宣布，本公司的子公司深圳中望能源科技有限公司(以下简称深圳中望能源)与上海隐升商务咨询有限公司(以下简称上海隐升)共同合资设立上海隐升能源有限公司(以下简称隐升能源)，其中深圳中望能源持股51%，上海隐升持股49%。因此，合资公司将成为本公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将综合计入本公司的合并财务报表。
合资公司的业务范围包括中国大陆长三角、珠三角区域的分散式地热能源专案和节能项目的改造、投资与运营，以及智慧热泵的销售。
成立合资公司的主要目的是为加快本公司的业务迈向多元化，特别是当本公司的加拿大项目正在维修之际，新的业务可望增加本公司的营业收入和现金流。上海隐升公司实控人陈杰，专注于股权投资市场10年以上，具有丰富的产业资本运作经验。
