智通财经APP获悉，麦科医药-B(02335)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价18.2港元，共发行5805.44万股股份，每手200股，所得款项净额约10.67亿港元。截至发稿，涨86.92%，报34.02港元，成交额2.17亿港元。
公开资料显示，麦科医药已自主开发由一项核心产品及其他六项候选产品组成的产品管线。公司的核心产品MT1013为一款自主研发、处于III期阶段的双靶点受体激动剂多肽，可同时靶向CaSR及OGP受体，主要为治疗慢性肾病继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(CKD-SHPT)而设计，并具有扩展至其他适应症(如伴有骨质疏松的慢性肾脏病的矿物质和骨代谢异常(CKD-MBD)及非透析CKD-SHPT)的潜力
截至最后实际可行日期，公司尚未就任何候选药物取得上市批准，亦未从产品销售中产生任何收益。预计公司的MT1013将于2028年初商业化，公司将实行双轨商业化策略：在国内透过与第三方合约销售组织(CSO)合作，在国际上则透过授权合作伙伴关系。
