南财智讯6月26日电，华润医疗（01515.HK）发布内幕消息公告，公司与北京市门头沟区卫生健康委员会就门头沟区中医院及门头沟区妇幼保健院的投资运营管理所签署的医院IOT协议，已于2026年7月1日起终止；根据2026年6月26日签署的补充协议，未偿还合作发展金及应付管理费扣除其他款项后的余额合计约人民币436万元，将于2026年7月30日前支付予公司；董事会认为该协议终止不会对公司财务状况造成重大不利影响。
