智通财经APP讯，STERLING GP(01825)发布公告，根据贷款协议，SAL向三泰提供本金额约为421.28万美元(相等于3285.99万港元)的三泰垫款，按年利率7%计息。 根据该协议及第二份协议，SAL共提供本金总额约为 3350万港元的财务协助及第二笔财务协助，按年利率7%计息。
经近期与三泰及蔡先生磋商后，本集团已成功与彼等达成协议，除于2025年4月24日、2025年4月30日、2025年5月8日及2025年5月15日分别偿还1000万港元、330万港元、600万港元及800万港元外，三泰将额外提早偿还三泰垫款、财务协助及第二笔财务协助的未偿还结余及应计利息。根据贷款协议、该协议及第二份协议，于任何时候偿还本金及相关利息款项均不会招致罚金。
董事会欣然宣布，于2026年6月29日，SAL、三泰及蔡先生订立还款协议(还款协议)，各方同意三泰于2026年6月29日向本集团提早偿还 3000万港元。根据还款协议，各方协定，蔡先生将以其应收 SAL 的贷款本金 3000万港元(应收贷款)抵销三泰垫款、财务协助及第二笔财务协助的未偿还本金及利息，作为代三泰偿还SAL的提早还款。
本公司认为，订立还款协议及该提早还款有利于本集团整体财务状况及现金流量。
