智通财经APP讯，汇舸环保(02613)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司的公众持股量约为22.73%，仍低于《上市规则》第19A.28B(1)(a)条规定的最低25%要求。
如H股全流通公告所述，合共3000万股内资股转换为H股已于2026年6月9日完成，而该等已转换H股已于2026年6月10日上午九时正在香港联合交易所有限公司开始上市买卖。
根据该等公告所载的预期时间表，公司将积极与身为公司核心关连人士的主要股东接洽，商讨彼等向独立第三方出售部分持股的安排，以期恢复公司的公众持股量。
就此，公司正按该等公告所载预期时间表落实公众持股量恢复计划，并将尽最大努力于2027年八月底或之前恢复公众持股量。
