并购集体诉讼律师事务所Monteverde & Associates PC宣布，正对四起上市公司并购交易发起股东权益调查，涉及Pulmatrix、Simulations Plus、Olin Corporation及Huntsman Corporation。该律所曾在2025年ISS证券集体诉讼服务报告中被评为全美前50强。

　　调查覆盖的四起交易中，有两起为全行业整合案例。化工巨头Olin与Huntsman于6月16日宣布全股票对等合并，组建年营收约125亿美元的北美化工新实体OlinHuntsman。根据协议，Huntsman股东每持1股将获0.5476股Olin股票，Olin股东将持有新公司约54.5%股权，Huntsman股东持有45.5%。双方已识别超4亿美元成本协同效应，交易预计2027年上半年完成，股东投票定于8月25日。

　　另一起交易为制药软件公司Simulations Plus以约3.75亿美元全现金出售给专注医疗领域的投资公司Altaris。股东将获每股18.50美元，较60日成交量加权均价溢价26%。交易完成后Simulations Plus将与Altaris旗下Chemical Computing Group合并，预计第四季度完成。

　　此外，律所还调查Pulmatrix与Eos SENOLYTIX的合并案。该生物科技公司于3月宣布反向合并，原股东预计仅持有新公司约6%股份，交易预计第三季度完成。
