智通财经APP讯，朗华国际集团(08026)发布公告，本集团于2026年6月29日透过旗下子公司朗华国际控股有限公司管理的“朗华国际增强收益有限合伙基金”(下称“本基金”)与粤港湾智算科技有限公司(于开曼群岛注册成立，股份于联交所主板上市，01396，下称“粤港湾智算”或“目标公司”)签署《股份认购协议》(下称“认购协议”)，参与目标公司的新股配售。
粤港湾智算为粤港澳大湾区(大湾区)领先的人工智能(AI)算力基础设施服务商，近期恒生指数公司已将其行业分类调整为“资讯科技业—互联网服务及基础设施”。本集团主业深耕供应链服务及产业园区运营，具备稳健现金流与实体物业/园区底座。董事会认为，本次参股粤港湾智算，标志本集团正式切入AI算力服务投资赛道，是迈向“AI算力物业服务商”定位的关键一步，本参股有望为本集团带来中期投资回报。此外，未来本集团可依托自有园区资源，服务AI算力企业，强化本集团于大湾区AI基建生态的连结。
