智通财经APP讯，诺诚健华(09969)公布，公司自主研发的新一代口服酪氨酸激酶2(TYK2)抑制剂soficitinib (ICP-332)，用于治疗中重度特应性皮炎(AD)患者的III期注册性临床试验成功达到其主要终点。
该III期研究是一项随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的多中心注册性临床试验，旨在评估soficitinib (ICP-332)在中重度特应性皮炎成人患者中的疗效、安全性与耐受性。
研究结果显示，soficitinib (ICP-332)达到主要终点，在统计学上具有显著性，并取得具有临床意义的改善。此外，其亦成功达到了多个次要终点，显示其在各项疗效评价指标中均具有一致的治疗效果。本研究的详细疗效及安全性数据将于后续国际学术会议公布，并提交至同行评议医学期刊发表。
Soficitinib (ICP-332)的安全性与先前临床研究结果相一致，且未发现新的安全性信号。
公司将继续完成正在进行中的III期研究，包括长期安全性随访，并计划于研究完成后推进soficitinib (ICP-332)用于治疗中重度特应性皮炎的注册申报工作。
