智通财经APP讯，恒大汽车(00708)发布公告，自2026年7月15日起，本公司现任独立非执行董事谢武先生(谢先生)已调任为本公司审核委员会主席，并获委任为本公司提名委员会、薪酬委员会及企业管治委员会(企业管治委员会，连同审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会统称为董事委员会)主席。
于谢先生的上述调任及委任后，梁家进先生(梁先生)已调任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及企业管治委员会成员。
自2026年7月15日起，马健凌先生(马先生)已获委任为本公司执行董事(董事)。
于马先生获委任为执行董事后：(i)蔡伟康先生(蔡先生)已递交辞任执行董事及本集团所有职位的辞呈，自2026年7月15日起生效;及(ii)梁先生已递交辞任独立非执行董事的辞呈，自2026年7月15日起生效，此后梁先生不再担任董事委员会成员。
方家俊先生(方先生)已递交辞任本公司公司秘书的辞呈，自2026年7月15日起生效。方先生亦已不再担任上市规则第3.05条所规定的本公司授权代表，自2026年7月15日起生效。
