哥伦比亚国家石油公司Ecopetrol S.A．（BVC： ECOPETROL；NYSE： EC）宣布，巴西证券交易委员会（CVM）已就其控股子公司Ecopetrol Investimentos do Brasil针对公开收购要约提出的行政上诉作出有利裁决。

　　CVM于7月14日召开董事会全体会议，裁定支持Ecopetrol Investimentos的上诉请求。根据官方公函，此前对收购要约施加的暂停措施已失效，CVM给予Ecopetrol Investimentos至7月22日的期限，用于修订并重新发布要约文件，其中包括确定新的拍卖日期。

　　此次上诉的起因是CVM技术部门在7月初对收购要约的若干条款提出质疑，导致要约被暂停。根据公开信息，此次要约涉及收购巴西Brava Energia公司的股份，旨在扩大Ecopetrol在巴西能源和基础设施领域的战略投资布局。巴西市场被认为是Ecopetrol国际扩张的关键市场，该公司在该国的业务可追溯至大约二十年前。

　　Ecopetrol在声明中表示，将持续就交易相关重大进展及时向市场披露信息。
