智通财经APP讯，智数科技集团(01159)发布公告，本集团于2026年7月21日，与一位合作方签订了合作协议，拟共同在香港设立子公司，共同建设低轨遥感卫星的星座，而本集团将持有子公司不少于51%股权。合作的范围包括卫星星座整体规划设计、低轨遥感卫星系统研发制造、卫星人工智能载荷研制、卫星地面接收站建设、运维与数据接收、航天科技产业项目股权投资、卫星遥感数据深加工与行业应用服务、航天技术咨询顾问、跨境航天设备国际贸易、全球航天项目投融资合作。
董事会认为，开展上述业务符合本集团拓展业务范围及提升业务可持续性的整体方向。本公司一直积极探索新商机及可能，务求为股东带来更高回报。本集团将根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则(如适用)要求适时就本集团发展作出公告。
