智通财经APP讯，五谷磨房(01837)发布公告，董事会获公司控股股东天然资本告知，于2026年7月3日至2026年7月23日期间，天然资本于公开市场以自有资金购入(平均价格约为每股1.6878港元)共226.4万股股份，于本公告日期相当于已发行股份总数约0.1%。天然资本由公司创始人、执行董事兼首席执行官张泽军先生作为委托人设立的家族信托Paddy Aroma Trust之受托人100%间接拥有。
紧接增持股份前，天然资本合共持有9.335亿股股份，相当于已发行股份总数约 42.65%。紧随本次增持股份后，于本公告日期，天然资本共持有9.36亿股股份，相当于已发行股份总数约42.76%。
