ChainCatcher 消息，据韩联社报道，韩国金融委员会、金融监督院及交易所等机构决定自 7 月 31 日 起，将单一股票杠杆 ETF 与 ETN 的最低存款要求从 1000 万韩元（约合 5.1 万美元）提高至 3000 万韩元（约合 15.3 万美元），且仅接受现金，不再认可股票、债券等证券作为保证金。新规适用于国内及海外上市的相关产品，现有投资者追加买入时同样需满足要求，但卖出不受限制。此外，卖出资金需在结算完成后的 2 个营业日方可计入存款，以卖出款项为担保的贷款不计入存款。
该产品于 5 月 27 日 上市，涉及 16 只标的，初始市值约 4.4 万亿韩元，截至 7 月 15 日已膨胀至 11.9 万亿韩元，日交易额从上市当日的 10.4 万亿韩元增至约 13 万亿韩元。此前韩国已从 7 月 16 日起暂停新品上市并禁止相关广告，折价率管理标准从 3% 收紧至 2%。市场传闻监管机构还在考虑缩减流动性供应商数量、扩大买卖报价价差，并将杠杆倍数从 2 倍下调至 1.5 倍左右。
