就此而言，据公司所深知、尽悉及确信，截至2026年6月9日，公众人士持有1059万股H股(占公司已发行股本约26.48%)，因此公司公众持股量已恢复至上市规则第19A.28B(1)(a)条所订明的25%最低百分比以上。
