路透7月31日 - 乌克兰领先移动运营商基辅星（Kyivstar） KYIV.O 的母公司维昂（Veon）于周五上调了盈利预期，这表明该公司对其拓展传统电信服务以外业务领域的战略充满信心。

总部位于迪拜的Veon还拥有遍布亚洲的电信品牌，已将自身定位为国际投资者参与乌克兰重建的渠道 (link)。该集团正向娱乐、金融服务以及超级应用等领域拓展，超级应用将多种数字服务整合到单一平台中，类似于中国的微信。

具体细节如下：

  • VEON预计2026年营收增长将达到15%至18%，高于此前 (link) 预测的11%至14%。

  • 该公司预计息税折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）将增长9%至12%，而此前预测为7%至10%。

  • 首席财务官奥泽尔（Burak Ozer）表示，受伊朗战争导致的能源价格上涨影响，上半年发布的业绩指引已受到波及，这促使Veon采取了更为保守的策略。

  • 首席执行官特尔齐奥卢（Kaan Terzioglu）表示，投资者对乌克兰市场的兴趣已达到历史最高水平，并透露将在该国进行进一步的数字化投资。

  • “我们的下一轮投资将围绕建设数据推理中心展开，必要时这些中心也可为其他国家提供服务，”他告诉路透。

  • Veon股价在盘前交易中上涨6%。
