荷兰半导体巨头恩智浦半导体正与安霸公司就收购事宜进行谈判，后者是一家专注于AI芯片设计的无晶圆厂企业，其产品主要应用于自动驾驶汽车的摄像头技术。据知情人士透露，谈判仍在推进中，但交易尚未最终确定，不排除其他潜在买家出现或谈判破裂的可能性。
安霸总部位于加利福尼亚州圣克拉拉，是边缘AI芯片设计领域的代表性企业之一，其产品可使AI模型直接在设备端运行而无需通过云端。消息传出后，安霸股价周五下午大幅上涨近20%，市值触及约39亿美元。此次收购若达成，将有助于恩智浦进一步强化其汽车芯片业务。该业务预计占恩智浦今年142亿美元营收的约一半，而安霸在安防摄像头和自动驾驶汽车系统的图像处理半导体领域拥有技术专长。
当前全球半导体行业正经历新一轮整合浪潮，芯片供应商纷纷通过并购布局AI时代。今年早些时候，德州仪器以75亿美元收购了Silicon Labs；去年，日本软银以65亿美元收购了Ampere Computing。相比之下，恩智浦近年来鲜有大规模并购动作。
截至周五，恩智浦在纳斯达克上市的股价今年累计上涨11%，市值约620亿美元。恩智浦对上述消息不予置评，安霸亦未回应相关问询。去年曾报道安霸在考虑出售事宜。
