金吾财讯 | 再鼎医药（09688）盘中股价持续上行，截至发稿，最新报20.80港元，涨幅5.74%，成交额2.18亿港元。截至8月11日收盘，该股在港股市场实现五连阳。消息面上，根据香港联交所8月12日披露的文件，RTW Fund Group GP,LLC于8月11日以每股均价26.05美元增持再鼎医药947.45万股普通股股份，价值约2.47亿美元。增持后，RTW Fund Group GP,LLC最新持股数目为7,681.48万股股份，好仓比例由5.97%升至6.75%。中信建投证券表示，再鼎医药2026年上半年业绩符合预期，产品收入环比改善。公司自研管线正加速推进，核心资产有望于年内迎来密集数据读出及关键研发进展，维持“买入”评级。业绩层面，2026年上半年营收2.059亿美元，同比下降5%，产品收入净额环比增长11%，主要受尼拉帕利表现企稳及艾加莫德销量增长推动。二季度单季营收1.063亿美元，环比增长7%。自研管线层面，核心品种ZL-1310（DLL3ADC）在小细胞肺癌（SCLC）领域展现出潜在同类最优竞争力，其颅内客观缓解率（ORR）达62.5%，3级及以上治疗相关不良事件（TRAEs）发生率为16.4%。报告指出，其用于2L+SCLC的全球3期研究预计2027年上半年完成入组，并有望支持美国加速批准申报。
