英硅智能（03696）发布公告，英硅智能将获纳入MSCI（明晟公司）全球小盘股指数，该指数旨在反映发达市场及新兴市场小型股公司涵盖各多元化行业及产业的表现。此次纳入将于2026年8月31日（星期一）收市后生效。
自在香港联合交易所有限公司上市以来，英硅智能在获纳入MSCI全球小盘股指数前，已陆续被纳入数个主要指数系列，包括中证指数（CSI）系列（中证港股通创新药指数、中证香港创新药指数及中证港股通医药卫生综合指数）、恒生综合指数、恒生医疗保健指数、恒生生物科技指数、富时全球小盘股指数、富时全球全盘指数及富时全球总盘指数。
董事会认为，公司最新获纳入MSCI全球小盘股指数，反映了资本市场对公司核心竞争优势、可扩展的商业模式及重大商业潜力的日益认可。此等纳入预期将提升公司在国际机构投资者和研究分析师中的知名度，吸引追踪相关指数的被动基金资金流入，使股东基础更加多元化，并提高其股份的交易流动性。
