格隆汇8月17日丨华讯(00833.HK)公告，根据对集团最近期截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间(“本期间”)之未经审核综合管理账目及现时可获得之资料之初步审阅，集团于本期间之公司拥有人应占溢利对比2025年6月30日止六个月期间约4100万港元之溢利，预期将录得约60%-70%的跌幅。 溢利下降主要是因为于去年收购的附属公司造成的亏损。其中于马来西亚和越南收购的两家新附属公司于上半年仍处于整合阶段，尚未开始批量生产。预期这些附属公司的营运及收入将于下半年逐步改善。本期间的销售收入与截至2025年6月30日止六个月期间约6.14亿港元的销售收入相比保持平稳。
