智通财经APP讯，AEON CREDIT(00900)发布公告，内容有公司的公众持股量刊发的公告，于2026年8月19日，在刊发该公告后，公司获悉 FMR LLC 于公司的股份权益已进一步变更。彼等于2026年8月14日于场内合共出售4.2万股股份，占已发行股份总数约0.01%后，FMR LLC 被视作持有的权益合计为4184.91万股，占于本公告日已发行股份总数约9.99%。
因此，于本公告日，按上市规则项下，FMR LLC 已不再为公司的主要股东或核心关连人，及 FMR LLC 被视作持有的权益将可计入公司的公众持股量;及公司的公众持股量已由约19.57%恢复至约为29.57%，已超过上市规则第13.32B(1)条所规定的指定百分比。
