智通财经APP讯，嘉瑞国际(00822)发布公告，本集团预计截至2026年6月30日止6个月将取得本公司权益持有人应占净亏损不多于6000万港元，而2025年同期本公司权益持有人应占净亏损约为3940万港元。
公告称，虽然本集团预计于1H2026的营业额较1H2025增加，但净亏损仍有所增加，其主要是由于以下的激烈行业竞价及招标机制以及疲弱的市场环境因素所导致：
1. 在行业惯用的竞价及招标机制下，同业为争夺订单普遍采取极度进取的义价策略。本集团因应市场情况相应调整义价策略，可惜，2026年上半年的营业额增幅未能取得预期的同比增长;及
2. 由于全球宏观经济不明朗，客户采购趋向谨慎并要求产品减价与调整下单量，导致本集团期内的短期毛利率大幅下跌。
