消息面上，8月21日晚，美兰空港公布2026年中期业绩，总收入为约10.92亿元，同比增长1.14%；归属于母公司股东的净亏损约6687.86万元，同比收窄4.73%。值得关注的是，美兰空港还披露了两项交易事项：一是全资子公司瑞港物流拟向海南空港开发出售海南空港控股6%股权；二是海口美兰国际机场免税特许经营协议的履约主体变更为海南海航中免免税品有限公司。
华泰证券点评称，美兰空港上半年业绩低于该行预期，主因航空需求或受高油价和高燃油附加费抑制，公司上半年旅客吞吐量同比仅小幅提升1.3%，并且非航业务整体尚未明显起色。不过往后展望，出售海南空港控股6%股权，公司预期将确认约5.40亿元投资收益，若交割顺利，全年有望扭亏为盈。
