智通财经APP讯，超人智能(08176)公布，于2026年8月20日，公司主要股东太东(作为卖方)与高宝创投有限公司(买方)订股份购买协议，卖方拟向买方出售约2.14亿股公司股份，占本公告日期现有已发行股本约29.90%，代价总额为534.813万港元。
据悉，高宝由公司执行董事苏文斌先生全资及实益拥有。苏文斌先生为太东最终实益拥有人苏志团先生的表亲。股份买卖完成后，太东将不再持有公司任何股份。高宝将持有公司约2.14亿股股份，约占公司已发行股本的29.90%，而苏文斌先生将根据证券及期货条例被视为拥有公司该等2.14亿股股份的权益。因此，高宝及苏文斌先生将成为公司的主要股东，而太东及苏志团先生将不再是公司的主要股东。
