智通财经APP讯，交银国际(03329)发布公告，于2026年8月19日，公司的直接全资附属公司Preferred Investment于场外市场以购买价100.00美元收购本金额为 2000万美元的IBRD票据II，代价为2000万美元。同日，Preferred Investment于场外市场以购买价100.072美元收购本金额为1000万美元的NWG票据III，代价为1000.72万美元。
本次IBRD票据收购及本次NWG票据收购均为集团提供长期投资机会，使集团能够在承担合理风险的情况下利用资本资源实现稳定的投资回报。
