受收购有望达成的预期推动，本季度 PayPal 股价此前累计涨幅超 42%

艾万特国际与 Stripe 在 7 月给出每股 60.50 美元的收购报价，对应 PayPal 整体估值约 530 亿美元。

　　私募机构艾万特国际（Advent International）与支付服务商 Stripe 已放弃收购计划，PayPal（股票代码 PYPL）盘前股价应声大幅下挫。

　　PayPal 盘前跌幅超 15%，股价跌至 52.50 美元。此前，市场押注收购交易落地，本季度该股累计上涨幅度已经超过 42%。

　　艾万特国际联合 Stripe 于 7 月向 PayPal 发出收购要约，报价每股 60.50 美元，企业整体估值约 530 亿美元。

　　彭博援引匿名消息源称，目前双方已经不再推进这笔收购交易。

　　知情人士向本报透露，PayPal 方面认为该收购报价偏低。新冠疫情时期 PayPal 市值一度突破 2800 亿美元，近年其市值已经大幅缩水。

　　彭博报道提到，如果后续市场条件发生变化，艾万特国际与 Stripe 有可能重新考虑收购 PayPal。

　　PayPal 暂未对此置评。Stripe 表示不会就市场传闻发表评论；艾万特国际则拒绝回应。
