ChainCatcher 消息，美国清算与托管机构 RQD Clearing 宣布完成 7400 万美元融资，由贝恩资本旗下科技投资部门 Bain Capital Tech Opportunities 领投，ABN AMRO Clearing Bank 和 Nyca Partners 等参投。本轮融资将用于扩大北美、亚洲和中东市场业务，并加码数字资产托管、资产代币化等基础设施建设。
RQD 主要为券商、投资顾问及海外金融机构提供美国市场交易后的清算和托管服务，负责证券与资金结算、风险管理等关键环节。今年以来，该公司已处理约 5.15 亿笔股票交易，涉及金额接近 2 万亿美元，占美国全国市场系统（NMS）股票交易量约 2.4%。随着华尔街机构加速探索链上金融，传统市场基础设施正成为代币化资产竞争的重要方向。RQD 此前已与 Blue Ocean Technologies 合作，推进代币化美国股票的清算和结算基础设施建设，并与美国存托信托与清算公司（DTCC）的代币化证券框架保持一致。
