康方生物发布公告，宣布其全球首创PD-1/VEGF双特异性肿瘤免疫治疗药物依沃西（依达方®）联合化疗方案，对比度伐利尤（PD-L1）联合化疗方案，在一线治疗晚期胆道癌的随机、对照、双盲、多中心III期临床研究（AK112–309/HARMONi-GI1）中，达到总生存期（OS）这一主要研究终点，取得具有统计学显著和重大临床获益的阳性结果。
公告显示，该研究同样达到了PFS和ORR等所有关键次要终点，且受试者基线特征均衡，是首个在胆道癌领域以全球最优金标准（PD-L1单抗联合化疗）为对照，取得OS显著阳性结果的III期研究，是胆道癌治疗的重大里程碑。此项突破标志着依沃西继在肺癌领域斩获4项III期阳性结果后，再次在其他实体瘤治疗领域取得重要的III期临床研究阳性结果。
