【特泽利尤单抗在嗜酸性食管炎III期试验中取得阳性结果】8月27日，界面新闻获悉，阿斯利康和安进宣布，特泽利尤单抗在III期CROSSING试验中取得阳性结果。该研究针对嗜酸性食管炎患者。结果显示，相比安慰剂，特泽利尤单抗在第24周达到两项共同主要终点，即组织学缓解，以及吞咽困难发生频率和严重程度的改善，且改善持续至第52周。此前，特泽利尤单抗已在包括中国在内的多个国家和地区获批重度哮喘、慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉两项适应证。
