9月2日，京能清洁能源(00579.HK)董事会宣布，将于2026年9月22日上午十时正举行2026年第二次临时股东会，审议及酌情批准建议修订公司章程以及建议重选及选举第六届董事会董事。为确定股东有权出席临时股东会并于会上投票，本公司将于2026年9月17日至2026年9月22日(包括首尾两日)暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续。凡于2026年9月22日名列本公司股东名册之股东均有权出席临时股东会并于会上投票。欲出席并投票而尚未登记过户文件的本公司H股股东，须于2026年9月16日下午四时三十分或之前将过户文件连同有关股票证书送达香港中央证券登记有限公司以作登记。有关临时股东会及会上将予审议事项之进一步详情，请参阅本公司将于2026年9月4日或前后发出及刊发之临时股东会通告及通函。
