消息面上，启明医疗参与投资千万美金的以色列创新医疗器械公司Pi-Cardia宣布获得美敦力8,000万美金的战略投资，在达成里程碑后，美敦力有权以不超过2.1亿美元的对价收购Pi-Cardia。
根据协议，美敦力将获得ShortCut™产品的全球独家商业经销权，并依托其全球结构性心脏病业务网络，在美国、欧洲、日本及其他国际市场全面推广ShortCut™产品。此次合作标志着Shortcut™产品进入全球商业化加速阶段，也将进一步巩固Pi-Cardia在结构性心脏病领域的创新领导者地位。
