路透9月2日 - 好时公司（HSY.N）周三任命公司内部人士、行业资深人士胡莱斯（Dave Hulays）为首席财务官。作为Reese's巧克力品牌的制造商，该公司在应对严峻的宏观经济环境的同时，也受益于强劲的需求和价格上涨。
胡莱斯于2012年加入好时，即日起接替沃斯库伊尔（Steve Voskuil）担任该职务。
具体情况如下：
现年54岁的胡莱斯最初以加拿大财务副总裁的身份加入好时，此后逐渐承担起公司更广泛的财务领导职责，涵盖美国及国际业务。
加入好时之前，胡莱斯曾在宝洁公司（PG.N）工作近15年，担任过商业、供应链及全球业务开发等多个职位。
该公司表示，即将离任的首席财务官沃斯库伊尔在过去七年里一直领导好时公司的财务部门，今后将转任战略项目高级副总裁，专注于为首席执行官和董事会推进各项计划。沃斯库伊尔还宣布，他计划于2027年初退休。
好时公司7月份公布的第二季度销售额和利润均超出 (link) 的预期，并已在其万圣节产品系列中增加了更多咸味零食 (link)，例如爆米花、芝士泡芙和椒盐卷饼，以吸引注重健康的消费者。
