ChainCatcher 消息，F2Pool 联合创始人 Wang Chun（@satofishi）发文指出，Zcash 当前涨势本质上是叙事驱动的投机行为，并非实际价值支撑。其列举多项核心问题：不公平发行方面，初期四年内每个区块奖励的 20% 作为“创始人奖励”流向创始人、员工、顾问及早期投资者，共计 210 万枚 ZEC，占总量上限的 10%，此后又以“开发基金”名义延续同等比例抽成；隐私机制方面，隐私功能为可选项而非默认设置，多数代币长期在透明地址流通，被批评为“营销噱头”。
治理方面，Electric Coin Company（ECC）与基金会长期存在管理层矛盾，2026 年 1 月 ECC 团队集体出走，称遭到驱逐。安全方面，2026 年 5 月披露 Orchard 隐私池存在长达四年的严重漏洞，理论上可无链上痕迹伪造 ZEC，7 月紧急关闭旧池并强制迁移，被认为是事后补救而非利好。Wang Chun 认为，Zcash 与 Solana、Hyperliquid 同列市值榜单，并不代表其具备同等实际应用价值，当前价格更多反映的是一次“叙事轧空”而非网络基本面。
