智通财经APP讯，宝积资本(08168)发布公告，谢雷先生已被罢免执行董事职务，自2026年9月5日起生效，乃根据本公司第五次经修订及重订的组织章程细则第105(h)条，向谢先生送达由全体其他董事联署且日期为2026年9月6日的书面通知予以罢免。根据书面通知，谢先生亦已被罢免本公司行政总裁及本公司附属公司董事职务。
是次罢免乃归因于谢先生就下列事项违反受信责任：(i)在未经董事会授权的情况下，彼试图冻结本集团多个银行账户;(ii)在未经董事会授权的情况下，彼的行为致使本集团订立有关于中华人民共和国北京正大中心设立分支机构的租赁协议;(iii)彼未能就设立分支机构提供有效的业务计划及财务报表;(iv)彼涉嫌在向其秘书出售本公司一家附属公司的若干股权时未遵守相关规定;及(v) 其儿子(即谢旭东先生)涉嫌挪用本集团资金一事。
