公司8月31日披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月中期业绩，实现收入132.49亿元（人民币），同比增长98.4%；经营溢利5.17亿元，同比增长87.7%；除税后纯利3.73亿元，同比增长96.3%；权益股东应占溢利2.79亿元，同比增长111.1%。公司表示，上半年业绩增长主要受益于人工智能数据中心（AIDC）、存储及机器人领域芯片需求持续强劲。
此外，公司8月24日发布自愿性公告，此前披露的逾10亿美元意向服务订单已转为正式服务合同，预计未来五年获得合计逾10亿美元服务费收入，相关服务预计于2026年第四季度正式开始交付。公司已完成战略升级，由人工智能硬件分销商全面转型为垂直AI Token工厂运营商，以自有算力集群与海内外第三方算力中心“双轨模式”布局算力基础设施。
