金吾财讯 | Franco-Nevada（FNV）周一宣布，已与Minerals 260达成协议，承诺追加2亿澳元（约合1.35亿美元）资金，以支持西澳大利亚州Bullabulling金矿项目的开发。根据协议条款，该融资方案包含1.7亿澳元用于获取额外1.45%的毛特许权使用费，使Franco-Nevada在该项目中持有的总特许权使用费权益升至3.90%；此外，公司还承诺出资3000万澳元作为基石投资，参与Minerals 260未来的股权融资。本次注资是对今年2月份已达成的2.2亿澳元融资方案的进一步补充，使Franco-Nevada对Bullabulling项目的总投资支持规模达到4.2亿澳元（约合3亿美元）。Franco-Nevada表示，本次交易资金将完全由手头现金支付。
