0630 GMT - Eurozone government bond yields open higher in response to a significant 10-15 basis point rise in U.S. Treasury yields in U.S. trading hours on Wednesday, even as Treasury yields calmed overnight. The 10-year German Bund yield rises 2.1 basis ponts to 3.555%, with markets awaiting the German Ifo business sentiment index and the Finance Agency's fourth-quarter funding review. Other events for eurozone bond investors include an Italian bond auction. The 10-year French OAT-German Bund yield, which rose to a 14-year high of 112 basis points on Wednesday, remains in focus as well, last trading at 111 basis points, according to Tradeweb.
